Sept. 5, 6, & 7, 2008 the 88th Annual Southern Ute Tribal Fair & Contest Pow-wow will be taking place in Ignacio, Colorado. There will be a Handgame Tournament on Saturday Sept. 6 on the front lawn of the Sky Ute Event Center. Registration will open right after the Parade, and closes @ 2p.m. Tournament starts @ 3 p.m. Entry fee is $100.00 for 2-5 man teams/double elimination. Total prize money is $10,000.00 plus prizes, 1st thru 4th places
