We should have a contest for the first person who gets a 20-stick homerun.
But what should the prize be. Not money, cuz it would be too easy to rig. Something fun...

That would be a good idea, who will host this event! I would love to witness and participate in a 21 stick game!

We've had a few 10-stick games that have gone all night and late into the next morning. We tried a 16-stick tournament at the Susanville Bear Dance several years back; when one of the first games was still going after 6 hours the tournament director realized the tournament might last forever, and he had to revise the rules in the middle of the tourny, to make the remaining games the regular 10-stick variety. I can't imagine a 21-stick tournament; we'd all have to plan to stay the whole week:=) That'd be great, except for the old 'day job'. Of course, there have been many times when our guessing luck has run away, and we wished we were playing for a bunch more sticks! But it'd be a longgg weekend if we had several teams playing 21 stick games. -Bill

We played a game that lasted over 4 hours with only 10 sticks. I lost track of how many hours. My team mate said it was 5 1/2. I lost track. Those darn old men gave me a difficult game and I think I guessed them at least 10 times in a row, doubles!

we went to Nooksack last year and in the traditional game they used 21 sticks. Aftre playing for awhile we wen to get something to eat and upon returning the game was over. The women threww the kickstick over. And that was it I thought we were going to be there forever.
Last weekend in Omak Washington at the stickgame tournament we went undefeated winning everything. Captained by Brock Thomas, John Jones went on an awsome run and Roxanne and Yvonne hide extremely well together. Lorna Simpson from Nespelem did a wonderful job hiding and pointing. It was great going undefeated for the tournament.
