Thanks, Eric. There will be no tournament during Nevada Day in Carson City. Spoke with family members and they are not doing a tournament (this is for Kevin's memorial).

Elko Handgame Tournament Oct. 2007
1st- Chester and Sophie Knight Team 2nd- Alfred and Barbera Duschene Team 3rd- Bobby George and Family Team 4th- Vinnie and Leslie Team
Looks like the couples that play together stay together. Cool. Thanks for traveling to the Newe Nation and keeping the games alive in my hometown. Hats off to Mae George and Family and Irene and all the others who put in the work for all to enjoy. I heard the powwow had a good turnout also but I never made it up there. Thats usually how it is for me when the handgame is jammin. Avashai napuiten. Haiyawaina.

Hey Vinnie sorry about that. d**n. I took a second to remember too. It was all good anyhow. How late did you play that early Sunday morning? I had to leave town early Sunday morning or else I would have played some more. Tear it up and represent us bush Indins. Later.

Played until early morning then went & gambled. Still playing on sunday. We left at 6:00 pm. Lisa & Margene were still playing against Faye & Whitney.
That was a darn good turnout for ELKO. Some drama but overall it was a good tournament.
